This afternoon, I’m going for a drive. By myself. In my own car. And I’m not coming back.
After a year of not having a car at my disposal, I have one again. It is liberating. It is exhilarating. It is fun.
Yeah, I suppose I will come back. I’d miss my husband if I didn’t. Maybe I’d even miss the dog. But it won’t not for a few days. Later!
